Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is Rosalia Vila, also known as Rosalia, is a Spanish Flamenco and pop artist from Spain. From her teens, Rosalia Vila has been active in pop music and flamenco. Her music also strays into other genres like hip-hop soul and Trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela described her voice as sweet and sharp but featuring the sharpness of veteran singers. El Mal Querer, her second album following Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical and commercial hit. It debuted at the top of the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and was awarded the Grammy. The song La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami was her third studio album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry, James Blake and other artists. In March 2022 the set was introduced following the Saturday Night Live's show Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish soloist to perform on Saturday Night Live. While she also won three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia, she also became the first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
